SSL-Explorer Roadmap

SSL-Explorer is undergoing continuous development in order to bring to you the best value for money SSL VPN solution available today.

Many of these new services and modules are under wraps, but the few that we can talk about publicly are as follows:

• Extended Application Support - Work is scheduled to extend our supported application list.
  
  
• Clustering and Load Balancing - Larger installations will require some form of failover/redundancy and therefore we will be introducing a load balancing facility in the near future.
  
  
• Client Cache Control - A facility to remove locally cached browser data from client PCs will be available. All data that would normally be cached by a user's web browser will be cleared upon exiting their SSL-Explorer VPN session.
  
  
• Mobile Device Access - A lightweight version of the SSL-Explorer user portal designed for handheld mobile devices will be implemented.
  
  
• Endpoint Integrity / Constraints Checking - This feature includes detection of operating system, service pack level and also the ability to detect whether clients have up-to-date virus checking software installed.
