If you have BEA jRockit installed, either because that was the default on the appliance, or for performance reasons, please note that there has been an issue discovered that can affect Network Places.

 You may get an error when attempting to access a Network Place of:

An unexpected error occurred: Invalid absolute URI

"smb://user:********@server/share/"

The only known way to fix this issue is to reconfigure SSL-Explorer to use Sun Java.
