I think Ive found a bug in SSL-Explorer Enterprise Edition, what should I do?
If you think you have found a bug in SSL-Explorer first please check the Known Issues section of the Knowledge Base as we may already be aware of the issue and devised a workaround, or applied a fix in a later version. If there is no information for your problem then please email our Support Team and provide as much detail about the circumstances that caused the problem as possible. We need to know your operating system, SSL-Explorer version, Java virtual machine version/manufacturer, and most importantly, the debug log files generated by SSL-Explorer.
Without logging information there is very little we can do to help.
